Shipping
When will my order ship?
If your item is ready to ship, it will be dispatched within 5 working days. For made to order items it will take up to 10 business days to ship.
I currently run the business around my corporate job, so I have to ship orders around my full time job.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping is dependent on your location, so please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders. If your package has not arrived by this time then get in touch so we can look in to it.
Please be aware these are estimates, your delivery may be impacted if your order is shipped during a major holiday.
Where is my order?
All orders are currently shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. If you chose standard shipping tracking will not be available.
For all tracked orders, visit your order status page to check the progress of your order.
For peace of mind, it is recommended that you upgrade your shipping to tracked.
I want to add to my order
Unfortunately, in order to add an item, your original order will need to be cancelled.

Return & Exchange
Can I return my order?
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Contact me at the send me an email within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (If it came in it's own packaging).
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
