Shipping policy
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched if your item is made to order. for ready to ship items it will take up to 5 Business days. This time scale may increase due to demand. You will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.
As I am a one woman operation, there may be times when I’m travelling and have to put the shop on "Holiday mode". The shop will remain open but our processing times will be extended to account for this, and it may take longer to hear back regarding queries. All updates to dispatch times will be announced on the shop’s home page.
If you purchase a made to order item and ready to ship item together, your order dispatch time will be in line with the made to order item.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided the correct shipping information. If your order has not shipped I can update it with the correct information, however if the item has been posted there is nothing I can do. No refunds or replacements will be sent out.
DELIVERY
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. all delivery times are estimates provided and may be affected by holidays, such a Christmas, so please ensure you take this into consideration when ordering. I do not have any control over delays once an item has been shipped.
UK delivery:
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to arrive. This time frame is dependent on the postage chosen. If your order has not arrived by the due date plus 10 business days, please get in touch.
International delivery:
All International orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Allow up to 6-7 business days for your order to arrive. In my experience, international shipping can sometimes take longer than this, especially those going to the US. If your order has not arrived after 30 working days, please get in touch.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred. Any costs passed on to The Fable Society ® caused by orders returned due to unpaid fees, will be deducted from your refund total.
I ship worldwide except for the EU due to GPSR. I will be looking into changing this in the future, but for now it is not feasible.
